  November 15, 2012 - Poured at 2012 Pinot Days in LA specifically to answer the question of how well this thing ages. Well, the answer is "meh." The alcohol and fruit has blown off, leaving a good, elegant, and not particularly interesting standard California Pinot. Personally, I prefer the flavor profile that this baby has when it's fresh out of the still.

  March 19, 2012 - Good nose and excellent fruit. The wine took 30 minutes to open up but was very enjoyable.
