Community Tasting Notes 1

  • Tim Heaton Likes this wine:

June 6, 2020 - Truly a special wine. After six months in concrete eggs, this wine, vinified separately from the other Brunello wines, spends ~ 3 yrs in small botti, handmade just for this project. Texturally, this is just lovely, but underlying it all is a serious structure, and depth that will require, for my palate, another 3-5 years of ageing before it begins its preferred plateau. highly recommended
