June 13, 2020 - Deep dark red core with black tinged edges and a light red hue. Showing good elevation out of the glass is a combination of violet laced red and sour cherries which are overlaid by smoky cedar, forest floor, fresh herb and spice notes. Light in body the palate is filled with freshness and decorated with red cherry and winter strawberry fruits. Traces of sour cherries infused with fresh herbs, forest floor and spice sit underneath. Vibrant acidity and a refined matrix of tannins provide the framework. Finishes medium to long and elegant.
Drink over the next 5-6 years.
