March 8, 2020 - Whoa....this is NICE. I'll do a more formal note another time. This is day two and it's got a rush of pepper on the finish that's killer.

July 5, 2019 - Need a good burger wine? Then look no further in the cellar.
Open, fresh & floral, this wine has all the desirable notes: pepper, chocolate, licorice (black of course…) with some savory notes.
It may be juicy & light but the mid-palate is skinny & I find a little too much acidity poking through. (I bet time heals this.)1 person found this helpful Comment
