June 11, 2023 - The wine looks crimson colored. It smells like blackberry, cherry, oak and vanilla. It tastes like blackberry and cherry. The body is full.

December 23, 2020 - Deep, dark reddish-purple in color. Full, forward & fragrant nose of ripe fruit aromas of cherries, blackberries & plums with overtones of spices & earthy/dusty notes, minerals, herbs & some toasted oak & vanilla notes in the background. Medium-full bodied with a good concentration of smooth textured & balanced, ripe fruit flavors of cherries, blackberries & plums with cocoa, spices, earthy, herbs, minerals & a hint of oak/vanilla. Lingering finish. Drinks quite well at present & may develop slightly with aging, but perhaps best enjoyed in its youth. A well made & fruit-driven bottle of wine which delivers at its price point; very good QPR as well.
