October 13, 2019 - Very interesting Chasselas, lot of tension with only 11% alcool, great balance between mineral and oak, pair well with fatty fish. Already drink well, will try again in 2 years.

July 20, 2019 - Very surprising “Chasselas”. It drinks as a Chardonnay grew on a stony soil, but there is something about it that tells you it’s not a Chardonnay (but I can’t pinpoint what that is!). Very good acidity, mineral and citrus, it tastes as if lemons have been squeezed in it. Definitely a food wine, it would pair awesomely with fatty, spicy, or even strong cheese plates. 92-93
