Bouche juteuse et pure, toute en finesse. C’est léger, frais, aérien, bien malin qui aurait deviné le cépage et l’origine. Pas très long, mais délicieux. 90 pts -

March 14, 2021 - Elegance in full lightness. Fresh and dynamic. Med garnet. Med+ intensity. Violet, rose, cherry, fennel, dried herbs, cinnamon, fresh liquorice, cloves, leather, forest floor. Complex with smooth tannin and long medicinal,chocolate finish. Glorious.

Fermentation: in cement and open bins
Maceration: 40-60 days
Ageing: 18 months, 10% new tonneaux, the remainder in cement and stainless steel -

November 13, 2020 - Pure, elegant, ethereal. Concentrated red cherry on nose and palate. Savoury. Perfect balance. Nothing forced. Opens beautifully over 3 hours. World class Sangiovese with a red Burgundy feel.
