Community Tasting Notes 4

December 2, 2022 - Clear, shiny light-gold color. Lively aromatics of fresh key lime & green apple, orange blossom, hints of celery salt, nutmeg, Marcona almond and slate minerality. Bright and succulent citrus and green melon on the palate, densely textured with mineral-driven secondary depth with added notes of pressed white floral, savory spices and subtle hints of butterscotch. Medium-bodied and firm, lifted with buoyant acid with broad grained textures and zesty depth on the finish. Expressive, complex and enjoyable, giving the sense that a few more years to round out would be beneficial.

May 22, 2021 - Au Bon Climat Tasting Room: Aromas of notes of lemon zest & pear, flint, orange blossom and hazelnut. Bright and succulent with round density and nice persistence through the finish.

February 25, 2021 - Achieves total distinction with hints of honey, nuts and acacia on the nose, full bodied, thrilling intensity, mouth watering acid, long and brilliant, flavors of lemon peel, lime, green apple and grapefruit, browned apple on the finish, refreshing and balanced, this would be perfect with oysters or even fried chicken
