January 6, 2023 - Reuben's Birthday (Praelum Wine Bistro): Pale yellow, with goldish hue, and starbright. Aeomas of ripe peach, guava, mint, slight white cream, and toast. Mouthwatering acids, medium bodied, and fairly intensely flavoured, with ripe peach, apricot, toast, pineapples, vanilla, and some cream. Lengthy, and quite complex with fruits and oak intermingling. Lovely!

September 7, 2021 - really good, tasted like P/M (which I think of as close to C/M anyway)... notably had a significant amount of depth... dense without being heavy at all, good acidity and in line with that had citrus fruit but more rich / ripe than in classic chablis... either the minerals were hiding behind the rich / deep fruit (even if acidic / bright) or maybe just not a lot of minerality... immediate went online to buy more but none avail in the US... well done and in line with '17 typicity... feels like this can really age (if no premox)

December 26, 2020 - opened later on Christmas night, so no rating... but remember this being very very good again... bright and lifted but with some punch too

November 27, 2020 - nice burgundy, a little more opulent / rounded than I would have thought (esp. given it's a '17), also a hint of sweetness (residual sugar?) in there as well... bested by the 2017 Wm. Fevre Montmains alongside (and tho I'm usually not a fan of Fevre's Montmains, that bottle was outstanding)

October 24, 2020 - World Series Mondo Wine Event (Duluth, GA): One of the starter wines of the night. Fresh, vibrant, and already delicious now. I love this producer of white Burgundy.
