August 28, 2021 - Guillemot's 2017 Le Rognet et Corton, vinified with 70% whole cluster, in part to fill up the barrels that came up short due to the crushingly-low yields, shows a bit of that stem but mostly dark raspberry and cherry and soil. Medium-full body, well layered, potential is there.
