February 1, 2022 - Tangy and funky. Juicy with a hint of effervescence. Medium to long finish. Very satisfying and a fun wine for those who like something a bit different. Paired nicely with roasted kale.

October 24, 2020 - Fairly dark and dense. Opened rustic kinda like a Musar but without the complexity and elegance. Got more zippy after 30 minutes.
