  November 5, 2023 - Another example of what happens if you give good wine some time to show what's going on. Bright in the glass with purple hints. Very inviting nose showing hints of the Feinboss but v subtle and Shiraz nose dominated. Lovely long, almost sweet attack. Acidity to keep it fresh but in balance with the fruit which has gained plenty of nuance. Hard to put down

  April 26, 2021 - Deep red-purple, surprisingly purple given its age.
  A lifted bouquet displaying vanilla, black plum pie, cassis and cherry with modest oak spices
  Full-bodied, the entry shows a wealth of sweet ripe fruit of black plums, blackcurrant, vanilla cream and a hint of dried herbs underpinned with lively acidity and gravelly tannins. A rich, satiny texture with an extended finish.

  August 20, 2019 - On song today. Not the most subtle, but a fine new world red with grilled meat. Excellent QPR.

  July 3, 2019 - Good, if somewhat one-dimensional shiraz-cab blend. Very ripe and fruit forward, making a fine wine for barbecues.

  February 5, 2019 - One dimensional but solid. Very dense. Currants , cherry and chocolate. A bit of alcohol thud. Fine for Tuesday at home.
