  August 1, 2017 - Aerated out of the bottle into open container (30 min), then back into the bottle for serving. Tannins were softened nicely, with considerable fruit remaining. Delicious syrah.

  January 26, 2014 - crumbly cork. i've had it stored on it's side since i purchased it in Aug '07. there was no leakage and the wine was good, just the bottom half of the cork broke off and deteriorated into the bottle. other review state bad cork issues as well.

  January 20, 2013 - This was the best of the bottles that I've had. Cork was perfect unlike several previous bottles of which I had suspected poor storage. Dark rich fruit with gamy, barnyardy notes.

  July 29, 2012 - Two years since the last one, and this has really gone downhill. Decent nose - blueberries - but it's too acidic to drink, regardless of the food it's matched with.

  January 16, 2011 - 2nd bottle with consistent tasting notes. Nice aromas upon opening but this is now really acidic. I recommend consuming with 20 mg of Pepcid. Sharp red fruit on the palate.
