Community Tasting Notes 1

November 17, 2019 - Not really a tasting note here, but as of this date, this wine needs time to open up. I was disappointed with flavor profile of the wine when it was first uncorked. However after an hour of breathing time, the wine was excellent. Word to the wise: if you open this wine now, give it time to breathe. You will not be disappointed.
