Very fine mature, sweet ripe fruit, the sugar is well balanced.

April 17, 2021 - Starting to turn a beautiful amber-brownish color! Very harmonized notes of peach, dried apricot, overripe mango and banana with good sweetness from both honey and caramelized sugar / burnt sugar. Still plenty of candied lemon acidity sweeping over the sweetness on the finish. Minerals, ginger and very tiny bit of petroleum as well but quite subtle. Really an amazing BA for the price taking into account it’s a regular sized bottle!
