  May 1, 2018 - Smaskigt, här finns både fruktsötma, olika bär och chokladighet. Funkar fin både på egen hand och till kalv eller fågel.

  April 20, 2018 - I had a 1.5L magnum of the '03 and was waiting for an occasion to open it. Got together with work colleagues at Ed's house to celebrate my birthday so the timing was good. Decanted for about 20 minutes before drinking. The wine was smooth as are most MLPs, and we paired it with NY strip steak. The fruit felt distant but as we ate our meal it seemed to come alive, very well balanced, not much acidity, it did feel a bit 'weak' but it certainly was not overpowering which was nice. I have some 2010 and 2012 single bottles which I will open before the 10 year mark, I have noticed that after 10 years the fruit seems to disappear and there isn't much evolution thereafter - hence, drink it young and enjoy it.
