December 2, 2022 - Developing nicely at six years, somewhat improved since i last checked on this back in summer of 2020. Splash decanted prior to pouring. Leads with charcoal infused earth, barnyard, balsamic, fresh garrigue, black pepper, and bright red fruits, with black fruits in the background. Developing complexity. Other than some residual oak, this is starting to come together. Solid finish. Great QPR at <$20 USD. There’s enough fruit, and structure to support drinking this for another 4-5+ years.
