September 23, 2009 - Dried out honey on the nose, just a touch oxidized. Sitting in a really nice spot notes Nick. Pure, lean and refreshing on the palate. But with some depth here. In fact, building depth as it sits. Great tropical fruit finish. Not quite as hedoistic as teh Varidor from Carl Loewen though. But still really nice.
