June 12, 2019 - always one of my favorite sparkling wines. this vintage brought some more apple to the party than usual. sweet baked apples on the nose, hints of citrus. The mousse is lovely - adding a touch of creaminess to the wine. Bright green apples, hint of sweetness at the front but zestier, fresher toward the finish. as always - delicious.
