  Palate: almond, funky, floral, melon, poached pear, more oak than advertised, body is viscous (med+), semi dry, Sauternes-like.

  September 17, 2021 - Pours a bright golden straw color with loads of tropical fruits on the nose: pineapple and guava. On the pallet, again the tropical fruit with some citrus and a little butter. Medium acid. This is a fast ball, straight down the middle Napa Chardonnay.

  December 27, 2020 - Nose: Green apple and lemon. Oddly a little petrol (despite being a chardonnay)
