March 13, 2021 - Finishes dry. Almost too sweet but dryness saves it. Blackberries, dark cherry. Easy to drink. Juicy.

March 5, 2021 - Decanted for an hour and served at cellar temp. Vibrant olives and black fruits on the nose with cassis and more layers of earthy olive and olive tapenade on the palate. Slightly tannic at first but opens up nicely and definitely needs some hearty food to pair with.
