June 1, 2023 - Going through my collection and tasting things that haven’t increased in value, and are past anticipated maturity.
I was pleased with this wine, nose was very blended without significant leanings, I picked up very slight peach and citrus. Forward taste was sharp with tanning, but quickly smoothed into a pleasant floral and pear taste. Finish was somewhat sweet and reminiscent of apples.
I’m new at this and trying my best to isolate senses, but this one was difficult to pin down specially. I just went with the highlights1 person found this helpful Comment -
