Community Tasting Notes 1

November 12, 2020 - A very good with interesting complexity and solid aging notes. Deep ruby. In the nose, pronounced intensity with black currant, lilac, dark chocolate, charcoal, vanilla, cedar, earth, meat, and tobacco. On the palate, medium intensity with complexity, meatiness, and good concentration of fruit flavors. High tannins, high alcohol, full body, bone-dry, medium acidity. Long finish with chocolate notes.
