Community Tasting Notes 2

March 15, 2021 - Interesting nose with strawberry, some herbal notes and a menthol finish. On the palate, medium-body (has high alcohol), high acidity, low tannins. It is not subtle but well balanced with a decent finish.
It is different, enjoyable and drinkable which makes it interesting.
I would probably place this in a warm climate when tasting blind.
