Community Tasting Notes 2

March 4, 2023 - I gave it a farmer decant and then let it sit for an hour.

The fragrance is light, with acacia blossom and lemon. This is refreshing like cool water with squeeze of lemon. Toward the end of the bottle this puts on a lot of weight and opens up. A lovely, young, balanced bottle. So carafe this wine, at this age.
