April 25, 2020 - Quite flinty and smoky nose not untypical for fixin. As experience showed in such cases its a good idea to let the wine breath for a while. After 2 hours of aeration the nose became more floral with the warm smokyness embedding the red fruit. red currant on the palate, silky minerality and well balanced acidity. Could be a 90 in 2 or 3 years.
