September 25, 2008 - Corked. And this was my first Aussie Zinfandel, too...I'm soooo bummed! Each time this happens I become a bigger fan of Stelvin.[14% abv.; $17.00].

April 8, 2008 - Mid to light browny-red, the core is not much deeper, whilst the rim is a fainter orange. Smokey, meaty nose of sultanas, raisins, treacle toffee and blueberries. Zesty, spicy tang on palate. Full-bodied, honey-like texture. Well-balanced, with very fine tannins. Nice finish, well made. An hour after opening, sweet vanilla oak had come to the fore, turning the fruit to jammy flavours. Still well balanced.
