October 4, 2020 - Il s'agit d'un très bon vin passe-partout. À l'apéro il est très approprié et offre une meilleure expérience qu'un Pinot Grigio.
En accompagnement, il sera à l'aise avec un cocktail de crevettes ou du saumon à l'ancienne.
En fait, il offre une excellent rapport Q/P. Ne pourra se conserver qu'une couple d'années maximum 2023. -

September 22, 2019 - From a small plot in the Corbières, this doesn’t bear much resemblance to Spain / Portugal but is tasty in its own right. Bright, sunny, and fruit driven, this is a great aperitif / porch pounder to drink young.
