April 7, 2023 - Dark red cherry and raspberry with toasted coconut. Smooth tannins and drinking very well now after a bit of air

November 21, 2021 - Dark ruby colour. Red and dark berries, red cherry, ripe cranberry, violet, chocolate, spices, cinnamon, clove, and vanilla, with medium acidity, fine, lightly dry tannin, and good length. Good concentration upfront, a little thinner towards the end. Not the best vintage for the Monte Real Gran Reserva. And needs more time. Start drinking from 2025. 88+ for now.

A little thin for my taste but nice spices give it a little thing.

May 12, 2021 - Mkt stark 3,5. Väldigt gott och härliga fattoner i lagom mängd. Hade fått 4 om det varit lite kraftigare såsom jag vill ha en Rioja. Gott med grillad ibericogris men kommer bättre till sin rätt med en fuet, Manchego och Morbiere... mumma.
