  July 2, 2022 - Still fresh and young. Apricot is the main aroma. Beautifully balanced on the palate and finish.

  November 22, 2021 - Popped and poured at 54 degrees . Nose shy at first but after a while , Granny Smith apple and the slightest hint of petrol on the nose. Rich, balanced on the palate . I would never guess this wine is 26 years old. The acidity melds well with the residual sugar. Paired well with a lentil, squash soup.

  April 11, 2020 - Just purchased some of this direct from winery. The color is bright yellow, with very few signs of gold and maderization or oxidation. Good red and yellow apple and plum aromas and fruits, with a note of blue fruit...soft and easy, quite drinkable. I expected the wine show more intensity upon opening and letting it breath, but it didn't. Pleasant surprise...if yours is past prime, maybe it was storage or shipping issues?

  March 8, 2020 - Way past drinkability. We're throwing out the remainder. It's like someone squeezed out the wine from an old rag.

  October 13, 2019 - Sweet bouquet, followed by lots of apple, and other fruits. Low alcohol. Expected more 'wow' but it's a nice aged wine.
