September 13, 2019 - Heaps of primary blue fruit and great energy in this sudiste Syrah, with a little Marsanne unlawfully added for perfume. The palate offers serious density, lovely freshness and perky tannins. Low levels of residual co2 and deep mineral salinity makes the finish sparkle with life. Worked like a charm with dry-aged striploin and green-pepper sauce. (Disclaimer: ITB with Swedish importer Vin & Natur)
