May 6, 2023 - Drank over 5 hours after pouring into a decanter. Seriously tasty stuff and ready to go right away. Black raspberry, bing cherry, olive, burnt sage brush, Carolina barbecue. I like the meaning behind the bottle too.

July 15, 2022 - Sleight of Hand/Dama/ Denner Wine Dinner (Sleight of Hand Winery): Sweet fruits, underbrush, smoked steak and pepper. Savory and delicious. No hurry to drink these.
