November 12, 2023 - Fine bubbles, guava and mandarin on the nose, elderflower and peach to taste, then lemon sherbet that gently dissipates into light brioche notes. An impressive apertitif, wish I had more.

May 11, 2022 - We've been following this East Sussex 100 acre estate and they have improved over the years. Their blanc de blanc is their signature wine. Fruit forward - grapefruit and lemon sherbert. Nice aftertaste even if not long. Don't buy from the Estate's site though. You'll find it 20% lower at Waitrosecellar.
