  December 15, 2023 - Pale to medium lemon color. Medium aromas of peaches, peaches and more peaches, white flowers and honey. High acidity, medium alcohol and body. Pronounced flavors of peaches (!), lemon and honey. Long finish. A beautiful wine.

  January 15, 2023 - Appearance: Pale Lemon.
  
  Nose: Pronounced Aromas of Grapefruit and Peaches.
  
  Palate: Dry. Medium Plus Acidity. Low Tannin. Medium Body. Pronounced Flavour Intensity of Citrus, Peaches and Oak. Floral Long Finish.

  November 25, 2022 - A quick note: I was jazzed for White Bordeaux .. I usually do my research.. TW expert was assisting : told him my focus was Pessac / Graves & a Semillion blend. He Highly Rec this wine .. I never looked. Got home it was from Sauternes and 100% SB …. Oh and CORKED. Next time .. take the advice.. thank him.. go back to your timetested online research.
  
  Has been a while .. but 10 min in … where’s all those fruit descriptions? Why am I only tasting Oak? Why is the acidity flat and soured? Why am I not enjoying this? Why did I take Mr Peabody’s advice? Why did I just waste $37? Why am I wreaked from dreams of W Bordeaux? Why am I embarrassed in front of my friends.
  Corked. Put the leftover wine back in the bottle and return it to your retailer … Peabody or Sherman.

  October 14, 2022 - Pale yellow. An interesting nose - very aromatic, quite smoky and flinty, hints of wet wool but in a good way. An underlying richness balances the acidity really well, and this was a good wine that had us mulling and guessing what we thought we could detect. Good match of tropical and white flesh fruits - I thought apple and peach with pineapple broom blossoms - with a more classic citrus acidity. We drink so much chardonnay that you forget how classy well made old-world SB can be. One to try and find more of, remember it being quite good value as well.
