January 27, 2023 - Had a flight of Chassagne Montrachet of 15 different wine across different vintages and wine maker. Interesting to note that for a group of 8 people, most couldn’t have guess the wine maker, all rather most got it wrong. The WOTN or favorite are quite similar representing the quality of the wine maker. And price point of bottle vis a vis the quality is inequitable.

June 22, 2022 - Fantastic nose with lemon zest and soft flint stone. On the palate lemon, some white peach and beautiful smoky mineral notes. Precise and lively acidity structure. Elegant and fresh at the same time. I really enjoyed this one. Drink now until 2030. (IG)

March 4, 2022 - Sunflower yellow; vanilla blancmange, a deft struck match note, flourishes in the glass; some oak. crisp acidity, lovely weight, tremendous depth but well proportioned. Distinguished finish & extended length. Can be enjoyed now.

July 17, 2021 - Opened in the bottle several hours. Overall nice but clearly did not give it enough time to uncoil. Very flinty with smoke, river rocks, lemon and tart/sour white fruit. Vanilla and fleshier fruit started to emerge near the end. Needs at least 3 more years for the fruit to come around.

June 9, 2021 - The first bottle was ever so slightly corked. The second bottle was rockin' with rocky goodness. The nose has smoked minerals, white peach and lemons. It was rich, dense and chewy but with a lightness of touch. It had good volume and a finish that was laden with spice and possessing great length. delicious now but demands a bit of cellar time.
