June 11, 2023 - On the nose, peach, burnt sugar, orange blossom, apricot jam, golden apple, almond. Fantastic balance of sweetness and high acidity. Already delicious but I can imagine the delight the aging will provide.

June 9, 2023 - First time trying this cuvée and it hits all the spots in terms of what i like about “sweet” wines… it does not feel that sweet, which is why i generally prefer young Kabinett and Spatlese to Auslese in German rieslings. Nose of peach apricot and date. Extremely balanced, good acidity and a certain saltiness, light on his feet, not coying, just delightful!

September 7, 2022 - Poured by the glass for dessert. Light golden color. Difficult to assess the nose from a very full small glass. Initial impression of the attack is that it is a lighter style Constance with only moderate sweetness and richness, but then it expands impressively in the mouth, showing yellow apple, bright citrus, a hint of nuttiness, and a real liquoreux side. I doubt this will be ageless like the 1989, but it is really good now in a subtle, more stealthy way.

February 8, 2020 - These can be great bottles and are among the best dessert wines in the world. No formal notes taken, but this came across as way to young and closed. Had some nice fruit characteristics and acidity, but this will need 5 years of cellar time and possibly 10 years before it's ready.
