December 27, 2022 - I love riesling when it's active in the glass, such as this. Some comment that it's too sweet for their taste. I'm drawn to the underlying acidic backbone that creates that activity. Was spot on with scallops in tarragon creme sauce, and equally good with a pan fried pork chop. Should hold it's knitting for quite a while.
