  January 6, 2022 - PNP into Zalto Burgundy glass (“Flower” day): Pale bright ruby to the eyes.
  
  Smoky, cherry cola notes that is more like a Domaine de la Romanee Conti style. Liquorice. Very deep and clearly from a different echelon of Pinot here.
  
  So noble and incredibly enjoyable now already. Richer style given the flat terroir but really showcase the generous style.
  
  95-96 points.

  August 15, 2021 - Big Burg Energy: Fantastic wine, but unfortunately, it was served next to a 2017 Liger Chaumes that was showing way too well. Came across as less full and just a bit weaker with a slightly different expression. However, by itself or in another lineup, the 2018 would be amazing, for sure.
