June 12, 2019 - Five winos excellent adventure , mostly in Burgundy; 6/7/2019-6/15/2019 (Beaune, France): Exquisite nose displaying intense black and red fruit, blackberry, Chambord, black cherry, a hint of licorice, baking spices, a hint of milk chocolate, violet and limestone. Beautifully detailed sensual palate, very finely layered sweet red fruit, silky and fluid, perfect amount of acidity and mineral, and a long sweet black fruit driven finish. The fruit expression is rich yet the palate is beautifully detailed and sensual.
