August 20, 2022 - Both powerful and elegant at the same time. As i really like more bite to my tannins i probably would have liked this even better 2-3 years earlier. Still a solid one that went real well with tenderloin. 92 P

August 4, 2019 - Decanted for about an hour. Super opaque dark plummy purple fading to magenta at the rim. Very pure nose of mostly blueberries with some traces of blackberries and black currant, menthol, cedar, bark and iris. First taste and, Wow, this is good! Blueberry Campino candy, creamy black currants, a touch cedary oak, milk chocolate, some black tea and graphite. The fruit is perfectly ripe and bursting with flavour that comes across as sweet, but this wine finishes dry. Medium full bodied and nicely balanced with fresh acidity and the tannins buried deep down at this point. The finish goes on and on with replays of creamy blueberries and black currants. Very classy for a big wine. This could have easily been over the top or in your face but it reigns that in to near perfection. Not perfect IMO but close. Just lacking a little more complexity that might come with time.

June 21, 2019 - This is very good indeed, dense fruit, blackberries, the coolness is intact. Smooth operator, but a serious one.

June 21, 2019 - The juice. And i stays with - a deep concentration, but freshness is also here. very clean fruit, discrete spice (but it's there); well brought up, this one, now boarding businessclass-passengers ...
