May 21, 2020 - Good+. Lovely expression of Pecorino variety from Marche. Nearly medium bodied, fresh, and floral with developing flavors of white and yellow fruit, some linen, and minerals/soil. Organically grown, and well-balanced. Solid QPR. recommended+

April 15, 2020 - Appearance: medium lemon, green highlights, medium+ tearing, gas evidence, no sediment nor rim variation.

Nose: clean, youthful, pronounced intensity, lemon, green apple, pear, apricot, melon, jasmine, orange blossom, lemongrass, wet stone, salty minerality, honey.

Palate: dry, medium acid, high alcohol (14%), medium+ body, medium+ finish, phenolic bitterness, lemon, green apple, pear, apricot, melon, jasmine, orange blossom, lemongrass, wet stone, salty minerality, honey.

Overall: A rather fragrant white wine with lots of floral notes, complimented by herbal and mineral nuances. Though there's also a good amount of fruit to ground the wine. No malo nor oak tones, though this is a richer white wine with lots of texture and phenolics. Not as much acid as I'd expect from an Italian white, but the structure still feels plentiful due to the phenolic bitterness, texture, and minerality. A unique and flavorful wine that's fun to drink on its own or with food.

January 20, 2020 - Nice wine but not a lot of fruit character. Good acid, dumb when cold so let it warm a bit. No wood, food wine. New varietal for me.

January 4, 2020 - Nose is of stone fruit; some CO2 on the tip
of the tongue; initial taste is more sweet as the wine warms but finish is dry and long lasting; quite a substantial wine for the price.
