December 15, 2021 - Ripe blackcurrant and cherries with strong black pepper and toasted licorice on the nose. Not over the top fruitiness, enough freshness and tannins on the palate to make the structure more balanced. Medium-bodied. Finish is short but clean. Ready to drink now.
