July 16, 2019 - Vraiment impressionné par ce riesling du Québec! À l’aveugle j’aurais dit chablis. Une couleur jaune-vert très claire. Un nez pas très puissant d’agrume et de pomme verte. En bouche, une acidité vive et persistante, c’est minéral et fidèle au nez. Très frais et surprenant!
