August 19, 2023 - Special celebration. Our style towards sparkling wine leans a little to the sweeter side than dry. Light and delicate, white peach and a little clover honey. However, not too sweet. Medium finish, and easy drinking. Not the most technical sparkling wine, but suitable for our tastes and expectations. We always have a bottle in the cellar.
