April 10, 2021 - J’ai bu souvent ce vin lorsque jeune. Et je l’aimais bien. Mais mes goûts ont changés. J’ai donc laissé cette bouteille 4 ans vieillir. Il était un peu orange de veillissement et il faut absolument le faire respirer au moins 1 heure. Il était bien, mais ne vaut la la peine d’attendre quelques années.
