July 24, 2022 - The wine looks amber colored. The legs are slow. There is no sediment in the bottle. It smells faintly of apple blossom. It tastes like lemon, lime and peach, followed by nutmeg and oak and a long stony finish. The body is light/medium. The wine has high acidity. It's a dry — but not super-dry — sparkling wine. Very nice.
