December 3, 2022 - Magnum 26/36. Incredibly perfumed, cool blue fruit with so much floral aromatics. Vanilla, cherry, pastry cream, violet, pinching spice, lightly herbal, brown sugar, spinned acidity. Ethereal and weightless, almost exchanging weight for perfume (definitely drink this over all the recently hot Burgundy producers). Dare I say a significant step up from the regular bottle drank a few months back, and perhaps the best Wasenhaus to date. Day three, weight caught up, fully fledged acidity, so pretty, absolutely delectable. 94

March 26, 2022 - First bottle corked. Second great. Clean blue fruit, mineral, woody, earthy, colder, if Rousseau makes Beaujolais this would be it? Clean and structured on palate, with some precise spicy elements too. When resolved reminds me of Cossard a lot. 92

October 11, 2021 - Tooooo young - super ripe plumbs on the nose - very elegant and still a bit tanic! Time will tell but I am very very hopefull - elegant and great
