January 6, 2024 - Decanted for 5 hours and still needed food. That is not a criticism but rather a heads up. Light bodied. Translucent, orange , clear color. Great pairing with a high-acid, pancetta, mushroom-based tomato sauce and porcini tortellini. Even after 5 hours, not great on its own.

May 2, 2021 - Oxidized rust in color. Anise, mushroom and Clove on the nose. Hgh acidity with little oak. Tannins are already refined for the young age. Blackfruit throughout the body. Good now through 2031.
