    Ripe golden apple, ripe pear, ripe mango, curry spice ,ripe pineapple. Intensity of aromas is medium +. The nose is way fruitier and more primary than palate. The palate keeps the tropical fruit and adds yeast, bread and wet stone. Pretty driven by lees and minerality.

    Medium + body with medium - acid. A lot of reviews say this has higher acid than it shows here. Thinking that’s because the bottle age. Drink now if you still have any this old.
