This was a good, though not perfect, pairing with a saffron-heavy vegetable “paella.” Has the stuffing to pair with heavier/richer foods I think, I imagine this working well with a creamy-sauced pasta for example, or with sweet and savory foods with baking spices. This is good and serious rosado, which isn’t easy to find for this price, and I will probably continue buying at least one bottle from every vintage. ~6.9-7.0/10
